Bareilly, April 20, 2025 — Under the aegis of The Academy of Arain Studies & Research, a significant city-level meeting of the Arain community was held on Saturday at the Darbar-e-Khaas Hotel, Bareilly. The event witnessed the participation of nearly 140 community members and featured in-depth discussions on education, social reform, collective organization, and leadership development.

The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Fahad Bin Hamid, who elaborated on the background and purpose of the event.
Dr. Shahnawaz Ahmad Malik, founding member of the Academy, highlighted the organization’s activities, achievements, and future plans while emphasizing its social responsibility.
The event was anchored by Muhammad Azam, who conducted the proceedings in a well-organized and engaging manner.
Mr. Naseem Ahmad, former Passport Officer, delivered the keynote address focusing on the importance of education, which was well received by the audience.
Several distinguished individuals also shared their thoughts and messages on the occasion, including:
•Muhammad Naseem (Former Legal Advisor, ONGC)
•Muhammad Aslam (PCS Officer, Uttarakhand)
•Dr. Rehan Asad (Assistant Professor, Al-Majma’ah University, Saudi Arabia)
•Dr. Muhammad Asad (Professor, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi)
•Zeeshan Ahmad (Sales Tax Officer, Uttarakhand)
All of them emphasized the importance of education, unity, and community development in building a prosperous society.

The program also featured three panel discussion sessions:
•Session 3: “The Identity of the Community, Organization, and the Need for a Common Platform”
•Session 4: “Prevailing Social Customs in the Community and Their Reform”
•Session 5: “The Importance of Religious and Contemporary Education”
Prominent speakers in these sessions included: Muhammad Hamid, Advocate Mustjeebur Rahman, Israr Ahmad, Farman Malik, Ausaf Malik, Tahir Malik, Zakir Malik, Tayyab Malik, Rashid Malik, Dr. Muhammad Nadeem, Dr. Muhammad Arif, Maulana Mashkoor Ahmad, Mufti Shiraz Azhari, and Maulana Tariq Raza.
Shabbar Malik, Shahzad Malik, Farhaz malik ,Mazhar Malik, Sibtain sabir ,Aftab ahmad, Muhammad Yusuf, and Zakir Malik also shared their views during the event.
Sarfaraz Malik delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all speakers, guests, and organizers for their valuable contributions.
The highlight of the event was the announcement of the establishment of a “Learning & Resource Center” in Bareilly, which is expected to become a milestone in the field of education and skill development. Additionally, a City Executive Committee was formed to implement the Academy’s future plans.
